A custom session for pre-existing groups or at your specified location.

Service Description
If you have a pre-existing group (such as a work team, an interest group or an identity group like LGBTQ+ only or a friendship group), we can host a specific session for you at one of our usual woodlands. Or, if you have a location within Huntingdonshire, Cambridgeshire or Peterborough, we can come to you. Please note that if we haven't worked at your location before, we will need to do a site visit ahead of running your session in order to plan activities, understand the local flora and fauna, map the location and conduct a risk assessment. This is factored into the price of a bespoke session. Pricing depends on number of participants, duration and location. You'll need to contact us directly by phone or email to arrange a bespoke session.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. This is to enable others to attend the sessions if you cannot. Full refund: you must give at least two weeks' notice ahead of your session date. 50% refund: you must give at least one weeks' notice ahead of your session date. No refund is available if you cancel less than 48 hours before your session date.
